THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
Proprio motu
NOTING the memorandum on "Use of Time During Defence Case", issued on 4 October 2005, showing that, as at the conclusion of court on Friday, 30 September 2005, the Accused had used 67.23% of the time allocated to him to present his case,
NOTING that, on the present and anticipated sitting schedule, the 360 hours the Accused has been given to present his case will conclude some time in March 2006,
CONSIDERING that, as the Accused has exceeded two-thirds of his allotted time, it is appropriate that he provide the Trial Chamber with specific information concerning the witnesses he intends to call in the time remaining to him,
PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal
HEREBY ORDERS the Accused to file in writing, by Monday, 17 October 2005, the following information:
