THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING the Order Granting Leave To File An Amended Indictment And Confirming The Amended Indictment issued on 9 November 1998 by Judge Vohrah,
PURSUANT TO Rules 50 and 65 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY ORDERS that the further appearance of the accused, Miroslav Kvocka, Milojica Kos, Mladen Radic and Zoran Zigic to plead to the charges in the amended indictment shall take place on Thursday 10 December 1998 at 10 a.m., to be followed by a closed session status conference.
