This TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("International Tribunal");
NOTING the Subpoena ad testificandum issued by this Trial Chamber against Mr. Esad Ramic on 16 October 1997, (RP D5271 - 5272), following a request by the Prosecution for a subpoena ad testificandum to be issued against Mr. Ramic;
NOTING that Mr. Ramic has appeared in The Hague in compliance with the Subpoena ad testificandum, and is willing to testify;
NOTING the oral the request by the Prosecution for the release of Mr. Ramic from the Subpoena ad testificandum on the grounds that his testimony is unnecessary at this time, made this day before the Trial Chamber;
PURSUANT TO RULE 54,
HEREBY VACATES the subpoena ad testificandum in so far as it relates to Mr. Ramics obligation to testify in these proceedings.
