Once Protocol on the Statute of the African Court of Justice and Human Rights comes into force, the African Court of Justice and Human Rights (ACJHR) will become the principal judicial organ of the African Union. The Court of Justice of the African Union (CJAU) and the African Court of Human Rights (ACtHR) will be merged into the ACJHR per Article 2 of the Protocol. |
