TRIAL CHAMBER I, ("the Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal");
NOTING the Decision of Judge Carmel Agius ("the confirming Judge") to confirm the indictment against Beqë BEQAJ ("the Accused") and the Warrants of Arrest and Orders for Surrender, all issued ex parte and under seal on 29th October 2004;
NOTING the President’s confidential Order of 3rd November 2004 to assign the case to Trial Chamber I as of the date of transfer of the Accused to the seat of the Tribunal;
NOTING the Prosecutor’s Motion for Partial Lifting the Order for Non-Disclosure, filed ex parte and under seal on 3rd November 2004;
PURSUANT to Rule 54 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure and Evidence;
HEREBY DECIDES to lift the Confirming Judge’s Order of 29th October 2004 for Non-Disclosure of the indictment against the Accused.
