I, FLORENCE NDEPELE MWACHANDE MUMBA, a Judge of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");
NOTING that a corrigendum is required to the following paragraph in the "Decision on Prosecution’s Request for Extension of Time to File Respondent’s Brief", issued 28 July 2004;
CONSIDERING that, under Rule 112 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules"), "[a] Respondent’s brief of argument and authorities shall be filed within forty days of the filing of the Appellant’s brief." In the present case, the Appellant’s brief would be due on or before 28 August 2004, however since it is a Saturday, the deadline is Monday 30 August 2004;
FINDING that the last sentence of the paragraph should read as follows "In the present case, the Respondent’s brief would be due on or before 28 August 2004, however since it is a Saturday, the deadline is Monday 30 August 2004";
