I, FAUSTO POCAR, Pre-Appeal Judge in this case,

NOTING the Order issued by me on 12 February 2004 ("Order"), directing the Defence to file a reply to the "Prosecution’s Response to ‘Mladen Naletilic’s Submission Regarding Witness ‘NC’"¹ ("Response"), including the proposed redactions in Annex A attached thereto, within seven days from the filing of the order—that is, by 19 February 2004;

BEING SEIZED OF Mladen Naletilic’s "Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Reply to the Prosecution’s Response to Mladen Naletilic’s Submission Regarding Witness NC" filed on 18 February 2004 ("Motion"), wherein Counsel for Naletilic, citing administrative failures within Lead Counsel’s office, as well as Counsel’s resulting lack of sufficient time to review the proposed redactions in Annex A, seeks an extension of 14 days to reply to the Response;

NOTING that the Prosecution has indicated that it does not object to the Motion;

RECALLING the importance of the issues at hand and the detailed arguments advanced by the Prosecution in the Response;

GRANT the Motion, and ORDER the Defense to file its reply to the Response, including the proposed redactions in Annex A attached thereto, by or on 4 March 2004.
