I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the "Order Concerning Allegations Against Milka Maglov" issued by Trial Chamber II on 15 April 2003 ("Order") in which the Trial Chamber found that there are sufficient grounds to proceed against Milka Maglov, co-counsel for Radoslav Brdjanin until 9 April 2003, for contempt on the basis of Rules 77(A)(iv) and 77(A)(ii) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules");

NOTING my Order Reassigning a Case to a Trial Chamber, dated 22 September 2004, which assigned this case to Trial Chamber III;

CONSIDERING the need to expedite proceedings in this matter;

HEREBY REASSIGN, with immediate effect, the contempt proceeding against Milka Maglov, Case No. IT-99-36-R77, to a trial chamber composed as follows:
