I, FAUSTO POCAR, Vice-President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING the "Order Reassigning a Case to a Trial Chamber," dated 4 October 2004, and the "Corrigendum Order Reassigning a Case to a Trial Chamber," dated 5 October 2004, which assigned this case to Trial Chamber II;
CONSIDERING that the Secretary General has now assigned two ad litem judges, Judge Krister Thelin and Judge Christine Van Den Wyngaert, to this case;
CONSIDERING the temporary absence of President Theodor Meron;
CONSIDERING that, pursuant to Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal, the Vice-President of the International Tribunal shall exercise the functions of the President during the latter’s absence;
HEREBY ASSIGN, with immediate effect, this case to Trial Chamber II, composed as follows:
