NOTING the "Order on Prosecutor’s Motion to Stay Orders on Provisional Release" issued by Judge Inés Weinberg de Roca on 4 August 2004;

NOTING the "Accused Milijov Petkovic’s Application for Leave to file an Interlocutory Appeal in respect of the Order of the Duty Judge on Prosecutor’s Motion to Stay Orders on Provisional Release" filed on 10 August 2004;

NOTING the "Decision on Prosecution’s Motion for Stay of Orders on Provisional Release of Accused" rendered by Trial Chamber I on 10 August 2004;

NOTING the "Prosecution’s Application for Leave to Appeal the Trial Chamber’s Decision on Prosecution’s Motion for Stay of Orders on Provisional Release of Accused filed 10 August 2004" filed on 16 August 2004;

CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the Tribunal as set out in Document IT/222, dated 17 November 2003;

CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the Tribunal;

CONSIDERING Rule 65(D) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

HEREBY ORDER that in Cases No. IT-04-74-AR65.2, and IT-04-74-AR65.3, The Prosecutor v. Jadranko Prlic, Bruno Stojic, Slobodan Praljak, Milivoj Petkovic, Valentin Coric and Berislav Pusic, the three-judge bench of the Appeals Chamber shall, with immediate effect, be composed as follows:
