NOTING the "Prosecutor’s Application for Leave to File an Interlocutory Appeal in Respect of the Orders on Provisional Release Concerning the Accused Jadranko Prlic, Bruno Stojic, Slobodan Praljak, Milivoj Petkovic, Valentin Coric and Berislav Pusic," filed on 5 August 2004;
CONSIDERING that, pursuant to Rule 22(a) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, I am temporarily exercising the functions of the President of the Tribunal;
CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the Tribunal as set out in Document IT/222, dated 17 November 2003;
CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the Tribunal;
CONSIDERING Rule 65(D) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;
HEREBY ORDER that in Case No. IT-04-74-AR65.1, The Prosecutor v. Jadranko Prlic, Bruno Stojic, Slobodan Praljak, Milivoj Petkovic, Valentin Coric and Berislav Pusic, the three-judge bench of the Appeals Chamber shall, with immediate effect, be composed as follows:
