I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991,
NOTING the Decision on Motion by Vojislav Seselj Challenging Jurisdiction and Form of Indictment, rendered by Trial Chamber II on 26 May 2004;
NOTING the "Prosecution’s Appeal from the ‘Decision on Motion by Vojislav Seselj Challenging Jurisdiction and Form of Indictment,’" filed on 28 June 2004;
NOTING the Decision on Validity of Appeal of Vojislav Seselj Challenging Jurisdiction and Form of Indictment, issued by the three-judge bench of the Appeals Chamber on 29 July 2004, declaring the appeal to be validly filed;
CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal set out in Document IT/222 of the International Tribunal, dated 17 November 2003;
CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rules 72(B)(i) and 72(E) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;
HEREBY ORDER that the five-judge bench of the Appeals Chamber in Case No. IT-03-67-AR72.1, The Prosecutor v. Vojislav Seselj, shall, with immediate effect, be composed as follows:
