I, WOLFGANG SCHOMBURG, a Judge of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
NOTING the Prosecution’s Status Report, filed on 1 April 2004, by which the Prosecution states that: 1) it has now reviewed for Rule 68 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules") purposes almost three quarters of a "large collection of documents" ("Documents"); 2) as a result of the above review it has disclosed one document to the appellants; and 3) it is presently attending to its review of the remainder of the Documents, and will make any further disclosures that may be necessary as soon as possible,
NOTING that the parties have been informed during the status conference held on 13 February 2004 that it is envisaged to hear their arguments with respect to the three appeals during the week from 17 to 21 May 2004,
CONSIDERING that it is in the interests of justice that further disclosure from the Documents pursuant to Rule 68 of the Rules, if any, be made without undue delay,
PURSUANT to sub-Rule 65ter(B) and Rule 107 of the Rules,
HEREBY ORDERS that the Prosecution shall complete its review of the remainder of the Documents and make further disclosure, if any, no later than 16 April 2004.
