TRIAL CHAMBER II ("Trial Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal");

BEING SEISED OF the "Prosecution’s Request for Variation of Page Limit" ("Request") filed on 29 March 2004, in which the Prosecution requests authorisation to exceed the page limit for its Final Brief and to file up to 300 pages, excluding appendices;

CONSIDERING that the Trial Chamber has indicated orally that it would be amenable to entertain requests for the extension of page limits on Final Briefs;

CONSIDERING that the Defence does not object to the Request;

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules;

HEREBY GRANTS leave to the Prosecution to exceed the page limit for its Final Brief up to 300 pages (excluding appendices).
