THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
Proprio motu
CONSIDERING the "Order on Amici Curiae Request Concerning the Manner of Their Future Engagement and Procedural Directions Under Rule 98 bis", issued by the Trial Chamber on 27 June 2003, in which we ordered, inter alia, that "the amici curiae may submit a Motion pursuant to Rule 98 bis within seven days of the close of the Prosecution case",
NOTING the "Decision on the Interlocutory Appeal by the Amici Curiae Against the Trial Chamber Order Concerning the Presentation and Preparation of the Defence Case", (1) in which the Appeals Chamber upheld the Trial Chamber’s ruling that the "trial will be adjourned for three months between the close of the Prosecution case and the commencement of the Defence case to facilitate the Accused in the preparation of his case",(2)
CONSIDERING that it would now be appropriate to set a full timetable for submissions in respect concerning the Motion pursuant to Rule 98 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"),
PURSUANT TO Rules 98 bis and 126 bis of the Rules,
ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
