I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING that, by the orders of the President and the Vice-President of the International Tribunal issued on 15 May 2002, 20 May 2003, 2 July 2003 and 14 October 2003, this case has been assigned to Trial Chamber II composed of Judges Carmel Agius, Florence Mumba and Jean-Claude Antonetti;
CONSIDERING that, as set out in Document IT/222 of the International Tribunal issued on 17 November 2003, Judge Florence Mumba is no longer a member of Trial Chamber II;
NOTING the assignment of Judge Kevin Parker to Trial Chamber II, as set out in Document IT/223 issued on 8 December 2003;
HEREBY ASSIGN, with immediate effect, Judge Kevin Parker to the present case
AND DETERMINE that the Trial Chamber in case No. IT-95-13/1-PT, The Prosecutor v. Mile Mrksic, Miroslav Radic, Veselin Sljivancanin, shall now be composed as follows:
