TRIAL CHAMBER I ("the Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal");
BEING SEIZED of the "Prosecutor’s Motion for Leave to Reply and for an Enlargement of Time" ("the Motion") filed on 24 November 2003, where the Prosecution requests the authorisation to reply to the Accused’s responses to the Prosecution Motion to amend the indictment, filed on 20 November 2003 ("the Accused’s Responses"), as well as an extension of time to reply until 1 December 2003;
NOTING that the Defence has no objection to the Motion and CONSIDERING that the extension of time requested is reasonable;
PURSUANT to Rules 126 bis and 127 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure and Evidence;
GRANTS the Motion and AUTHORISES the Prosecution to reply to the Accused’s Responses by 1 December 2003.
