THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");

BEING SEISED OF the Prosecution’s Request for Authorization of Trial Chamber to Exceed the Ten Page Limit for Motions ("Prosecution’s Request") of 25 July 2003;

NOTING that the Accused did not file a Response to the Prosecution’s Request within fourteen days of receiving it in a language he understands in accordance with Rule 126bis;

CONSIDERING the "exceptional circumstances" outlined in the Prosecution’s Request and the subject matter of the proposed motion;

CONSIDERING that the Prosecution wishes to exceed the page limitation set out in the Practice Direction on the Length of Briefs and Motions of 5 March 2002 by a maximum of five pages, plus relevant annexes;

HEREBY GRANTS the Prosecution’s Request and

AUTHORIZES the Prosecution to submit a motion for the non-disclosure to the public of material provided under Rules 66(A)(ii) and 68, and for witness protection measures, that contains a maximum of fifteen pages, plus relevant annexes.
