NOTING its Decision on Defence Motion for Order and Direction of 6 June 2003 ("Decision on Motion");

NOTING that, due to the delay in the beginning of the Trial, this proceeding has not yet reached the Trial stage;

HEREBY ORDERS that the case number of the Decision on Motion should read "IT-00-39-PT" rather than "IT-00-39-T".
