I, Wolfgang Schomburg, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN DESIGNATED pre-trial Judge in the present matter by the "Order Appointing a Pre-Trial Judge" issued by Trial Chamber II of the International Tribunal on 28 November 2001;

RECALLING the Scheduling Order issued by me on 6 February 2002 ("Scheduling Order I"), regarding the convening of a meeting pursuant to Rule 65ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules"), prior to the pre-trial conference scheduled for 18 February 2002;

NOTING the request of the Defence for a short postponement;

PURSUANT TO Rule 65ter (I) of the Rules,

HEREBY VARY Scheduling Order I and DECIDE to hear the parties in my office in the Chambers on Thursday 14 February 2002, at 4 pm.
