THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED of the "Prosecution’s Motion for Joinder" filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 11 September 2001 in the case of Prosecutor v. Dragan Obrenovic (IT-01-43-PT), Prosecutor v. Dragan Jokic (IT-01-44-PT) and Prosecutor v. Vidoje Blagojevic (IT-98-33/1-PT) ("Motion");
NOTING the responses to the Motion filed by counsel for Dragan Obrenovic on 2 October and 5 November 2001, Dragan Jokic on 2 November 2001 and Vidoje Blagojevic on 5 November 2001, and the reply of the Prosecution filed on 16 November 2001;
CONSIDERING that oral argument from the parties to the Motion at a joint hearing would assist the Trial Chamber in its determination of the Motion;
NOTING Rule 65 bis (Status Conferences) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules");
CONSIDERING the initial appearance of Dragan Jokic held on 21 August 2001;
CONSIDERING that it is in the interests of justice to hold a joint status conference for the accused Dragan Obrenovic, Dragan Jokic and Vidoje Blagojevic;
PURSUANT TO Rule 54 and 65 bis of the Rules;
HEREBY ORDERS:
