I, FAUSTO POCAR, Judge of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of the "Appellant’s Request for Extension of time and Page Limit to Reply to Prosecutor’s Response to Appellant’s Second Motion to Admit Additional Evidence on Appeal Pursuant to Rule 115" ("the Appellant’s Request") filed on 13 December 2001, in which the Appellant requests authorization to file his Reply until 11 February 2002, and to exceed the applicable page limit set out in the Practice Direction on the Length of Briefs and Motions IT/184 ("the Practice Direction IT/184");

PURSUANT to Article 14 of the Practice Direction on Procedure for the Filing of Written Submissions in Appeal Proceedings Before the International tribunal (IT/155) and Article (C) 7 of Practice Direction IT/184;

HEREBY ORDER that the deadline for filing the Appellant’s Reply to Prosecutor’s Response to Appellant’s Second Motion to Admit Additional Evidence on Appeal Pursuant to Rule 115 shall be further extended to 7 January 2002; and

GRANT authorization to exceed the applicable page limit set out in the Practice Direction IT/184 to 40 pages in total.
