I, Rafael Nieto-Navia, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991;
BEING SEISED of an "Application to Vacate in Full the Order for Non-Disclosure Entered 24 April 1998", filed by the Prosecutor on 2 November 2001, in my capacity as duty Judge pursuant to Rule 28(B) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("the Rules");
CONSIDERING the "Order for Non-Disclosure", filed on 24 April 1998, ("the Order for Non-Disclosure"), the "Ex Parte and Confidential Order on Prosecution Motion", filed on 15 March 1999, and the "Decision on Application to Vacate in Part an Order for Non-Disclosure", on 17 March 1999;
PURSUANT TO Rules 53 and 54 of the Rules;
HEREBY ORDERS that the Order for Non-Disclosure be vacated in full.
