CONSIDERING the urgent circumstance of the indisposition of Judge Mohamed Fassi Fihri,

HAVING HEARD the parties on 27 July 2001 in respect of the selection of a new hearing date,

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY VARIES the scheduling order of 29 June 2001 to the extent that the oral hearing in this matter be re-scheduled to Friday 21st September 2001, commencing at 9:30am.
