THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED of a "Motion for an Order of Provisional Release of Ms. Biljana Plavsic" filed by the Defence for the accused, Biljana Plavsic, on 11 July 2001 ("the Motion"),
NOTING the response of the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") filed on 25 July 2001, in which the Prosecution states that it has no objection to the grant of provisional release on certain conditions, in particular, that the accused "remain within the territory of the Netherlands" and that the accused "satisfy such terms and conditions as shall be imposed by the appropriate Dutch authorities",
NOTING the confidential response of the Government of the Netherlands received on 27 July 2001, in which the Government of the Netherlands requests an oral hearing on the Motion,
PURSUANT to Rule 65 (B) of the Rules,
HEREBY SCHEDULES a hearing on the Motion for Wednesday 1 August 2001, commencing at 2.30 p.m. at which the Government of the Netherlands, the Registrar of the International Tribunal, and the parties to the Motion may be heard.
