TRIAL CHAMBER I ("the Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal");

SEISED of the "Request for Corrigendum of Transcript" ("the Request"), filed by the accused Zoran Zigic ("the accused Zigic") on 15 May 2001, in which he claims that an error appeared in the translation and the transcript of proceedings on 26 March 2001, and asks the Chamber to verify the correctness of the same;

NOTING the "Review of Interpretation" provided by the Conference and Language Services Section of the Tribunal on 6 June 2001 ("the Review of Interpretation"), annexed to the current Order, which confirms that an error was made in the English translation and transcript of the relevant passage;

CONSIDERING that the transcript should preserve a full and accurate record of proceedings, pursuant to Rule 81 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal;

HERBY GRANTS the Request and ORDERS as follows:

(1) The English transcript of proceedings in the current matter on 26 March 2001 at page 9455, lines 19-20, shall be corrected to read "hand-held rocket launcher" in place of "hand grenade", as indicated in the Review of Interpretation annexed to this Order;

(2) The Registry shall ensure that the French transcript reflects the corrections indicated in paragraph 1 of this Order.
