NOTING the Orders Designating a Pre-Trial Judge issued by the Trial Chamber on 2 May 2000 by which Judge Liu Daqun was designated pre-trial judge;
NOTING that Judge Liu Daqun will not be a member of the section of the Trial Chamber which is to hear the Trial of this case;
PURSUANT TO Rule 65 ter of the Rules:
HEREBY ORDER THAT:
I, Judge David Hunt, be assigned all of the pre-judge powers in this case from 8 June 2001.
