HAVING BEEN APPOINTED as pre-trial Judge in this matter by virtue of an order of the Trial Chamber dated 26 January 1999,
NOTING the oral scheduling order that I gave at the status conference held on 15 May 2001,
PURSUANT TO Rules 54, 65 ter and 73 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY VARY the scheduling order of 15 May 2001 and reschedule the pre-trial conference to Tuesday 26 June 2001, commencing at 3 p.m.
