THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED of a Request for particular protective measures made by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 5 April 2001 ("the Request") in respect of the witness identified by the Prosecution in its Request,
HAVING HEARD the arguments of the parties in respect of the witness on 5 April 2001,
HAVING GRANTED THE REQUEST orally on 5 April 2001,
NOTING the Decision of a bench of three Judges of the Appeals Chamber issued on 9 May 2001, dismissing the Defence application for leave to appeal the ruling,
CONSIDERING that the relief requested by the Prosecution is appropriate for the privacy and protection of the witness but is still consistent with the rights of the accused,
PURSUANT TO Rule 75 of the Rules,
HEREBY CONFIRMS THE ORDERS as follows:
