I, PATRICK ROBINSON, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN APPOINTED as pre-trial Judge in this matter by virtue of an order of the Trial Chamber dated 26 January 1999,

NOTING the Scheduling Orders issued by the Trial Chamber on 14 February and 16 March 2001 ("the Scheduling Orders"), scheduling the pre-trial conference in this matter for Wednesday 16 May 2001,

PURSUANT TO Rules 54 and 65 ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal

HEREBY VARY the Scheduling Orders and reschedule the pre-trial conference to Tuesday 15 May 2001, commencing at 10 a.m.
