BEING SEISED OF "Memorandum on the Response of General Talics Defence dated 2 April 2001 filed on 4 April 2001 (Talic Request) in which the accused Talic requests that:
NOTING the Scheduling Order of the Trial Chamber of 12 April 2001 in which the Prosecution were directed to respond to the Talic Request by 26 April 2001;
ALSO NOTING the "Prosecutions Response In Accordance With Trial Chambers Order of 12 April 2001" filed on 24 April 2001;
CONSIDERING that the Prosecution does not object to the Trial Chamber granting the Talic Request;
PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;
