THE PRESIDING JUDGE of this Trial Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia;
NOTING the Orders designating a Pre-Trial Judge issued by the Trial Chamber on 28 April 2000 by which Judge Liu Daqun was designated pre-trial judge, and was entrusted with "all of the pre-trial functions set forth in Rules 73 and 73 bis and all of the pre-defence functions set forth in Rule 73 ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("pre-trial judge powers");
CONSIDERING that during the absence of Judge Liu Daqun from the Netherlands it is desirable to make provision for another judge to exercise the pre-trial judge powers:
PURSUANT TO Rule 65 ter of the Rules:
HEREBY ORDERS THAT I, Judge David Hunt, be assigned all of the pre-trial judge powers in this case from 13 April to 24 April 2001.
