THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a confidential "Application for Provisional Release by the Accused (Rule 65 (A) & (B))" filed on behalf of the accused, Biljana Plavsic on 19 February 2001 ("the Motion"),

NOTING the hearing on the Motion scheduled for Friday 16 March 2001,

CONSIDERING the request to withdraw the Motion filed by counsel for the accused, Biljana Plavsic, on 15 March 2001 ("the Request to Withdraw"),

HEREBY GRANTS the Request to Withdraw, VACATES the hearing set for Friday 16 March 2001 and SCHEDULES a status conference to be held on Wednesday 4 April 2001, commencing at 4.30 p.m., at which both accused and their counsel are to be present.
