THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED OF a “Motion to Permit Former Counsel to Attend Hearing on February 26, 2001” filed by counsel for the accused, Dario Kordic, on 19 February 2001 (“the Motion"), seeking permission for two former counsel for the accused (Mr. Turner T. Smith, Jr. and Mr. Stephen M. Sayers) to attend the hearing to deliver Judgement in this case on 26 February 2001,

CONSIDERING that Mr. Smith and Mr. Sayers were both counsel for the accused during the course of his trial, only having withdrawn in an application dated 19 January 2001, well after the close of the trial,

CONSIDERING that no party to these proceedings would be prejudiced by the Motion being granted,

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY GRANTS THE MOTION
