THE APPEALS CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
NOTING that the Trial Chamber Judgement in this case was rendered on 14 January 2000;
NOTING that Notices of Appeal were filed pursuant to Rule 108 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules) by Vladimir antic on 24 January 2000, by Drago Josipovic on 26 January 2000, by Vlatko Kuprekic on 26 January 2000, by Zoran Kuprekic on 27 January 2000, by Mirjan Kuprekic on 28 January 2000 and by the Office of the Prosecutor on 31 January 2000;
NOTING that sub-Rule 65bis(B) of the Rules requires "the Appeals Chamber or an Appeals Chamber judge" to "convene a status conference, within one hundred and twenty days of the filing of a notice of appeal and thereafter within one hundred and twenty days after the last status conference, to allow any person in custody pending appeal the opportunity to raise issues in relation thereto, including the mental and physical condition of that person";
CONSIDERING that Drago Josipovic, Mirjan Kupreskic, Vlatko Kupreskic, Zoran Kupreskic and Vladimir Santic currently are in detention at the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague pending the hearing of the appeal;
CONSIDERING FURTHER that the last Status Conference pursuant to sub-Rule 65bis(B) of the Rules was held on 13 September 2000;
PURSUANT TO sub-Rule 65bis(B) of the Rules;
HEREBY ORDERS that
