I, MOHAMED BENNOUNA, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN APPOINTED as pre-trial Judge in this matter by virtue of an Order of the Trial Chamber dated 3 February 2000,

BEING SEISED of a "Prosecutor’s Application to Amend Attachment "A" to Indictment" filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 10 October 2000, seeking to correct a typographical error in the Confidential Amended Attachment "A" filed on 22 September 2000 (Attachment "A"),

NOTING that the time for response by the defence has elapsed and that no objection has been raised to the correction sought,

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY GRANT the Application and amend Attachment A accordingly.

No further filing is required.
