I, Judge Liu Daqun, Pre-Trial Judge;
NOTING the filing by defence counsel of 28 June 2000, entitled "Defence Pre-Trial Brief" ("Defence Filing"), in which the Defence agrees with the prosecutions confidential "Motion for Protective Measures" ("Motion") of 27 January 2000;
FURTHER NOTING the "Prosecutions Response to Pleading entitled zDefence Pre-Trial Brief Dated 28 June 2000" of 17 July 2000, in which the Prosecutor notes that the Defence agrees on the protective measures sought by her;
AND NOTING this Trial Chambers "Decision on Motion by Prosecution for Protective Measures" of 3 July 2000 in the case of Prosecutor v. Radoslav Brdjanin and Momir Talic (Case No. IT-99-36-PT) ("Decision"), which the Defence could not have been aware of at the time of the Defence Filing;
CONSIDERING that the general legal issues raised with respect to the prosecutions Motion in this case are identical with those dealt with in the Decision, and should therefore be dealt with in a similar manner, and that the Defence should be given an opportunity to address these issues;
ORDER
that the Defence shall file any further submission regarding the Motion within seven days of receipt of this order.
