CONSIDERING

that the indictment served on Mitar Vasiljevic was submitted by the Prosecutor on 6 January 2000 and confirmed on 12 January 2000 by Judge Rodrigues,

that the accused was transferred to the seat of the Tribunal on 25 January 2000 and

that the initial appearance was held on 28 January 2000 before Judge David Anthony Hunt, a Judge of this Trial Chamber,

pursuant to Rule 64 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal

HEREBY ORDERS

the

detention on remand

of Mitar Vasiljevic and enjoins the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague to detain the accused until further order.
