For reasons of clarity
HEREBY DECLARES
that the appointment of Judge Mumba as Pre-Trial Judge with the extended powers under Rule 65 ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence applies to the whole of Case Number IT-96-23 against all remaining seven accused and any subsequent case number derived therefrom.
