NOTING its order appointing a Pre-Trial Judge in this case of 18 June 1998, and the Order extending the powers of the Pre-Trial Judge of 5 November 1999;

CONSIDERING paragraph 2. of its order of 5 January 2000 on the Prosecutor’s Motion for Non-Disclosure of 29 December 1999;

For reasons of clarity

HEREBY DECLARES

that the appointment of Judge Mumba as Pre-Trial Judge with the extended powers under Rule 65 ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence applies to the whole of Case Number IT-96-23 against all remaining seven accused and any subsequent case number derived therefrom.
