THE APPEALS CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("Appeals Chamber" and "International Tribunal"),

NOTING the "Scheduling Order" by the Appeals Chamber, filed on 8 July 1999, wherein the Defence for the Accused Stevan Todorovic ("Defence") was allowed until 12 August 1999 to file a Reply to the Prosecutor’s Response due on 5 August 1999 ("Reply");

NOTING the "Notice of Motion Extending Time within which to File Reply Brief", filed by the Defence on 7 August 1999 ("Motion"), requesting the Appeals Chamber to extend until 16 August 1999 the briefing schedule for it to submit the Reply;

CONSIDERING that good cause has been shown by the Defence in the Motion;

PURSUANT TO Rule 127 (B) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY GRANTS the Motion.
