THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
NOTING the initial appearance of the accused which commenced on 14 June 1999 before the Trial Chamber,
NOTING the evidentiary hearing held on 24 June 1999 at which it was determined that the accused is the person identified in the indictment,
NOTING ALSO that the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") has sought leave from the confirming Judge to amend the indictment against the accused,
PURSUANT TO Rules 54 and 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY ORDERS that the accused shall appear before the Trial Chamber on Tuesday 13 July 1999, at 2.30 p.m. to plead to the charges in the indictment.
