THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED of the confidential "Prosecutors Motion for additional protective measures for particular witnesses" filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 13 April 1999 ("the Motion") seeking protective measures in respect of the witness identified in the Motion,
HAVING HEARD the arguments of the parties in respect of the witness in closed session on 4 May 1999,
CONSIDERING that the relief requested by the Prosecution in the Motion is appropriate for the privacy and protection of the witness but is still consistent with the rights of the accused,
PURSUANT TO RULES 75 and 79 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY GRANTS THE MOTION in respect of the witness AND ORDERS as follows:
