THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING the Order Granting Leave To File An Amended Indictment And Confirming The Amended Indictment issued on 11 December 1998 by Judge Vohrah,
NOTING that the accused Milan Simic was granted provisional release by Order of the International Tribunal on 26 March 1998,
PURSUANT TO Rules 50 and 65 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY ORDERS that the further appearance of the accused, Stevan Todorovic to plead to the charges in the amended indictment shall take place on Thursday 21 January 1999 at 2.30 p.m., to be followed by a closed session status conference.
All accused shall be present for these proceedings, save that the accused Milan Simic may be represented by his counsel.
