THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING the "Prosecutors Request to Set the Prosecutors 24 July 1998 Application for an Order to the Republic of Croatia for Hearing on 8 January 1999" filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 18 December 1998 ("the Request for Hearing on the 24 July Application"),
NOTING ALSO the "Prosecutors Request for Hearing on Hunton & Williams Legal Representation of both the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the accused Dario Kordic" filed by the Prosecution on 18 December 1998 ("the Request for Hearing on representation"),
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
The Trial Chamber will issue a further Scheduling Order in due course indicating the matters to be heard on Friday 8 January 1999. The closed session status conference shall commence immediately after the hearings, if any, on these matters.
