I, JUDGE WANG TIEYA, a Judge of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING the withdrawal of both Judge Gabrielle Kirk McDonald and Judge Lal C. Vohrah from the Appeals Chamber for the purposes of this case, pursuant to Rule 15 (A) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"),
HAVING BEEN UNANIMOUSLY ELECTED this day for the purpose of this matter by the continuing members of the Appeals Chamber as Presiding Judge of the Appeals Chamber, pursuant to Rule 22 (B) of the Rules,
NOTING the Request of the Defendant Mladen Radic ("the Appellant") filed on 3 September 1998 seeking leave to appeal from the Presidents Order On The Prosecutors Requests For Assignment Of A Confirming Judge, issued on 26 August 1998 in Case No. IT 95-4-PT, Prosecutor v. Meakic et al, and Case No. IT-95-8-PT, Prosecutor v. Sikirica et al, by which the President of the International Tribunal assigned Judge Vohrah to determine the Prosecutors request for leave to amend the indictments in these cases ("the Request for Leave to Appeal"),
IN ACCORDANCE with Rules 22 (B) and 73 of the Rules,
HEREBY ASSIGN the following Judges to a bench of the Appeals Chamber provided for under Rule 73, for the purpose of deciding on the Request for Leave to Appeal:
