THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");
CONSIDERING the Trial Chambers responsibility to ensure that both the Prosecution and Defence are fully prepared to proceed to trial;
CONSIDERING FURTHER the need to establish a trial date;
BEING SEISED of the Prosecutors Motion to Protect Victims and Witnesses filed on 16/6/1998 and the Defences Response thereto filed on 10 July 1998;
NOTING the Defence request for oral argument on the Motion;
PURSUANT to Articles 21 and 22 of the Statute and to Rules 65bis and 65ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;
