EXERCISING the functions of the President of the International Tribunal in her absence pursuant to Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules");
NOTING the Defendants Request for Leave To Appeal Trial Chamber IIs Order Of 16 July 1998 filed on 23 July 1998 in Case No. IT-95-17/1, Prosecutor v. Anto Furundzija, by which the Trial Chamber ordered the re-opening of the proceedings in this matter ("the Request for Leave to Appeal"),
IN ACCORDANCE with Rules 19 (A), 21 and 73 of the Rules,
HEREBY ASSIGNS the following Judges to a bench of the Appeals Chamber provided for under Rule 73, for the purpose of deciding on the Request for Leave to Appeal:
