EXERCISING the functions of the President of the International Tribunal in her absence pursuant to Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules");
NOTING the Order of the President of 5 March 1998 assigning Case No. IT-96-23-PT, Prosecutor v. Dragan Gagovic et al., to Trial Chamber II, Judge Antonio Cassese presiding,
CONSIDERING the agreement among the Judges of Trial Chamber II that Judge Florence Ndepele Mwachande Mumba will preside in this case, and in accordance with their proposal to the President of 25 June 1998,
