THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");
BEING SEISED of "Esad Landzo's motion to order the Prosecution to disclose the names of Defence witness suspects" (Official Record at Registry Page ("RP") D6793-D6797), filed by the Defence for the accused, Esad Landzo ("Defence") on 26 June 1998 ("Motion");
CONSIDERING the oral submissions of the Defence and the Prosecution whilst speaking to the motion on 30 June 1998;
PURSUANT TO RULE 54 OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE AND EVIDENCE,
HEREBY DENIES the motion.
