THE TRIAL CHAMBER,

NOTING the Defence Request That Prosecution Provide Unedited Tape Of Mr. Ed Vulliamy’s Visit To Prijedor ("the Request"), filed on 30 June 1998, and the Response thereto containing a Request For Order For Non-Disclosure filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 1 July 1998,

CONSIDERING that the request by the Prosecution in the Response is appropriate,

PURSUANT TO RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules")

HEREBY GRANTS THE REQUEST FOR NON-DISCLOSURE AND ORDERS as follows:

  1. the accused, his counsel and their representatives shall not provide to the public, including witnesses, defence counsel or accused in other cases, ot to the media, copies of any ITN videotapes provided to the Defence by the Prosecution; and
  2. the accused, his counsel and their representatives shall return all ITN videotapes disclosed by the Prosecution as soon as they are no longer required for purposes of this case.
